What are your rates?
Individual counseling: $145
Couples counseling: $160
I also reserve a few reduced-rate spots for clients facing financial barriers. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance.
I do provide superbills, which are receipts that can help you get reimbursed for out-of-network benefits. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about this process.
Where are you located?
I’m based in North Dallas at 17330 Preston Road, Suite 240b. I also offer virtual counseling for clients anywhere in Texas, so you can attend therapy right from your couch.
How do I know if we’re a good fit?
I’m a big believer in finding the right therapist for you. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation. During the call, we’ll discuss your needs and goals, and I’ll answer any questions you might have about the process.
If it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I’ll do my best to connect you with someone who can help.
I’ve never been to therapy before. What should I expect?
First of all, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
Each session is 50 minutes long. The first session, called the intake session, is all about getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your history, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve in therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask me any questions you might have about the process.
In ongoing sessions, we’ll focus on exploring the challenges you’re facing; identifying patterns or habits that may be holding you back; practicing new tools and strategies to help you manage emotions, communicate effectively, and feel more balanced; and whatever you want—this space is all about you!
Therapy is a collaborative process, so we’ll work together to adjust and fine-tune as we go. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and make real progress.
